There is a Crèche for under 3s which takes place every Sunday (with the exception of the first Sunday in the month and holiday seasons.)
Come to the service at 10 a.m. And let your children have some fun in the Crèche. This is staffed by parents on a rota system and meets in the choir Vestry.
Sunday School for 3 - 11 year olds provides a fun environment where children can learn about worship, Bible stories and the great themes of the Christian faith. It meets in the Parish Hall from 10 -11 a.m. on Sundays during school term time, but not on the 1st Sunday of the month.
The children come into church for the first 10 minutes on the 3rd Sunday of the month and enjoy a special children’s talk.
The Family service takes place at 10.30 a.m. on the first Sunday of each month except August. All are welcome, especially children on all ages and their families. The service lasts about ½ an hour and has simple prayers, a short talk and songs, many of which the children will have learnt at school.

There are special services for children on Mothering Sunday and at Harvest Festival.
We help the children learn about the events of Holy Week and Easter with a service for them on Good Friday.
In December there is a Christingle Service, a Toy Service and on Christmas Eve a children’s Carol Service.
The children of the uniformed organizations also come to the Family Service several times a year and also play an important part in the Remembrance Day service.
Older children act as Servers at Parish Communion and take a turn reading the lessons in church.
